1. Who we are
Durban.Boats (“the site”, “we”) is an independent online travel guide about boat cruises, tours and activities in and around Durban, South Africa. The site is not the official website of any boat cruise operator, tour company, harbour or port authority, or attraction mentioned in our content, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. No bookings on this site
We do not sell tickets and do not process payments. Links on this site lead to third-party booking platforms (primarily GetYourGuide), where the reservation contract is between you, the platform and the tour operator. Their terms and cancellation policies apply to your booking.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you make a booking after following one, we may receive a commission from the booking platform. This does not change the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not determine our editorial judgements.
4. Accuracy of information
Prices, timetables, availability, entry arrangements and other operational details change frequently. Where we state such details, they reflect the official listings on the booking platform or publicly available information at the time of writing. Always verify current details on the booking page or with the operator before travelling. We provide the content “as is” and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of it.
